On April 14, 2012 AIM Property Development opened a unique shopping and entertainment complex “OZ Mall” in Krasnodar Russia. Built on a 45 hectare site this is one of the largest and most contemporary shopping centres in Russia providing a unique retail experience.
Contemporary Conservation
Renovating or extending buildings that are listed or located in the conservation area can seem like an overwhelming project. Surprisingly, there are no set rules to extending or renovating a listed building in the United Kingdom, the decision can easily come down to the quality of the argument and subsequent negotiations with the local conservation officer.
To ensure the design integrity of the original ‘protected’ building remains; Dyer’s experience is that English Heritage will often support a carefully considered contemporary approach to the conservation and extension of listed buildings.

Following extensive discussion, investigation and consultation the Salvation Army has decided that a major redevelopment of Sunbury Court near London, United Kingdom, will be undertaken. This will secure the provision of a venue for all High Councils – the body that elects the General of The Salvation Army.
Dyer, after demonstrating their unique experience in the conservation, design and delivery of Grade 2 listed buildings, are delighted to have received the commission for the provision architectural services for this prestigious.
