TRC ‘Red Whale’ mixed use development in Mytishchi is Dyer’s third major project in Russia and is now well under construction and due for completion in 2014. The project undertaken on behalf of our Client ‘Buy to Rent’ includes the refurbishment of the Red Whale Phase One Shopping Centre, the design and construction of a 92,300 sq m Shopping & Entertainment Centre and 15,000 sq m of residential apartments in three 20 floor towers.
Dyer has completed the concept design for a new for a new 300K sq m Transport Interchange and mixed use development in Ekaterinburg Russia. The site is perfectly located at the interface of the metro, tram and train stops and has great panoramic visibility from the adjacent major highway. The development provides a new bus terminal and consists of 115K sq m of retail and entertainment centre, 48.5K sqm of office, a 4 star hotel, 6K sq m open market, 2500 car parking spaces and an ‘urban’ park.
Dyer with their New Delhi based Indian partner ANA Design has been commissioned to design five new campuses in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, including locations in Srinagar, Kupwara, Anantnag, Kargil and Leh for the University of Kashmir. Continue reading
